At the Customer Centre you will get all the relevant information about what the Vienna Employment Promotion Fund (Wiener Arbeitnehmer Förderungsfonds, waff) has to offer anyone who is looking for a job. The staff at the Customer Centre will be glad to assist you in person or over telephone with information pertaining to the following offers:
 

• Job search: Personalfinder, flexwork
• Search for apprenticeships: Personalfinder
• Job loss: Arbeitsstiftungen
• Returning candidates after care-giving break: NOVA

In case you do not have an Internet connection of your own, you are most welcome to use the technical infrastructure at the Customer Centre for applications.
We provide

• PCs with Internet access
• Scanner s
• Photocopying machines 
• Printers.

Employees at the Customer Centre will be glad to support you with the online application. Just drop in during the working hours: no prior appointment is necessary.

Working hour and accessibility:
Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 17:00 hrs.
Fridays from 8:00 to 15:00 hrs.
